Dirty Habits OffRoad uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for the majority of our shipping. We will do our best to ship your products in the most timely and economical manner. We can handle most overseas and out of country shipping, however the entire order must be paid in full via Western Union wire tranfer. **Some of our items in our on-line store are subject to a special trucking fees, these items will be noted in the descriptions.** Orders that will be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska are also subject to additional shipping charges. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policies:
Return new/unused item in original box and or packaging prepaid within 30 day of invoice, with a copy the invoice for refund/exchange/credit.
Return procedures are as follows:
1. Call our staff during business hours for a return authorization code number.
2. All returns must be accompanied by the orginal invoice and return authorization code. "NO" returns will be accepted without "BOTH".
3. Return all new/unused item(s) in original box and or packaging within 30 days of invoice.
4. Send package back pre-paid (UPS) or US Postal Insured) to:

NOTE: We do not accept any COD or Freight collect shipments. We do not refund any shipping charges.
If you received any damaged items, please contact our customer service department.
A 20% handling and processing fee will be charged on all items returned, unless the error was ours.**There will be a 20% Restock fee on all canceled orders.**Canclellation fees are evaluated on a case by case basis. Contact Dirty Habits OffRoad for a Return Authorization Code prior to any product shipping.
No returns on electrical parts, books or repair manuals, or any mounted tires and wheels.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Back orders: Due to the variety and variations of manufacturers shipping times, active back orders are only kept open for a maximum of 30 days. If we haven't received the item from the manufacturer after this time, the order will be cancelled and your account will be credited. At this time you may reorder or substitute a similar item.
Warranty and Guarantee:
We here at Dirty Habits OffRoad strive and pledge to you the customer that we will always do our best to help and serve all of your offroad parts needs... You the customer is the whole reason we are here, without you guys and girls there would be no Dirty Habits OffRoad. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return your new/unused item in the original box or package prepaid within 30 days with a copy of the invoice for a refund/exchange.
